I don't even know where to begin, so I'll just say how happy I am that I went to this urgent care. I had seen four doctors and none of them gave me more than 15 minutes in their office and just threw random prescriptions at me blindly. I was in excruciating pain and was desperate for help. Upon arriving, the check in desk had a very respectful gentleman, I wish I got his name to include. He was amazing and got us checked in and ready to go. As soon as I sat down they were calling me back to be seen. I had Philip Taylor.....and if every doctor took his approach to caring for patients, no one would ever complain about doctors. Philip was fantastic and a life saver! He took all the time necessary to listen to me, figure out necessary tests and x-rays, and was very detailed in everything he told me. Within 2 days they had my tests done and set me up to see a Gastro, which I couldn't find one to see me for almost 2 more months! I'm already feeling better after the correct medications and Philip called me with each test result and showed true concern for my well being. I can not thank this office enough for such fantastic service, and Philip Taylor, you are awesome and you made a positive impact on my life and health!
An absolute nightmare of an experience. They put me in a situation that made me worse off than I already was. I am so embarrassed and felt dehumanized coming here.
Took my mother here for a neurological diagnosis. Staff and Dr. were wonderful to work with and really helpful to make her feel comfortable in a trying time. This was our first experience here, I'm hoping the rest will be the same way as our first impression.

Amazing healthcare here. It's an affluent place, everyone is dressed well. The views are nice, I only wish it were more automated and cheaper.
