The fenced area will be great for my small terrier mix. I felt that larger dogs would not have enough room to run.

Yesterday--1st day of spring--still not open.

Don't bother wasting your time. I seen all the bad reviews and statements about the park being closed, I confirmed the park schedule and drove 30 minutes thinking, some people just got unlucky...no, the park was closed with no signs of why. Very unprofessional.

The 'dog park' is difficult to find; no clear view from the street.

Hardly ever see another dog here but clean and spacious.

It is a little small, as other reviewers have mentioned. That being said, It is very well kept, has double gates, a dog drinking fountain, and a dog cleanup station. We have Siberian Huskies, so they're not small dogs. They LOVE the park. They have plenty of room to run around and play. Just as a reference for size, there were at least 6 medium-large dogs at the park yesterday and they all fit just fine and had enough room to run around and play. This dog park is a great location because it is so close to us (about a 10 minute drive)! To get to another dog park we'd have to drive at least 30 minutes.

This park is never open. Never. Even though the city has the hours of operation posted on the website, they can't be trusted. I have found this out several times. As a matter of fact, it's closed until Spring. That would have been helpful to know, before I loaded my dogs in car, drove 30 minutes to get to the park, only to get them out of the car and then had to immediately put them back in the car, with them freaking out because they don't get to play. So, by the time I finally get them loaded back in (not exactly an easy task, when they want to play) and head north to the Ogden dog park, I had wasted an hour of their play/excersize time, a lot of gasoline. Very frustrating. And, I agree with the other comments made, it's a hard park to find, no trees for shade, no benches to use. Pretty pathetic.
