This place is a joke. None of the employees are on the same page about the policies of Apple. I went in 3 separate times for help (all employees telling me the same thing), then I come in a forth time and it is a completely different policy. Poor customer service. Poor employee training about policies. After talking with a manager, Cameron, no alternatives were offered they just said “that’s the policy” and were jerks.
It was a little bit of a drive to get up here. But they made it worth it. They helped me get my computer set up and showed me the classes they offered. I've been to 2 classes so far and I am learning so much.
Horrible customer service. I tried to check out and I had three different people tell me to go to someone else. Finally I got an employee to take my payment but he told me he was suppose to be doing something else so might have to stop. I told the employee that I had a hard time finding someone that would help me. After I paid the employee walked over to another employee and started to make jokes about me while I was standing 5 feet away from him. All of the employees sit and surf their devices instead of helping customers. All of the employees act annoyed that you are even talking to them.
I think my only concern was I asked if they new of any places I could get a business professional bag. They showed me the 1 sporty bag that they had and I didn't think it was the style I wanted. The associate only told me she didn't know where to find one that was inexpensive.
I went to the Apple store in hopes they could tell me why my phone was shutting off at random times and why the battery would not hold a charge. Because I have an older iPhone model, I expected them to try and sell me on a new phone. I was pleasantly surprised with how kind and informative they were. They gave us accurate wait times for how long it would take and replaced my phone battery that day. I was very happy with my visit and will continue to go here.
Other than that I love the service and I can't wait to go back.
Amazing service. I was in need of a new computer and I had been doing a ton of research. So I knew what I wanted before going in. I had talked to customer service over the phone to see what store had in stock.
I called Apple customer service about replacing FOUR Apple chargers that don’t work. One for an iPhone 7+ purchased a year ago and one for an iPod Touch purchased last Christmas. The other two were extras purchased online. They said to bring them into the store (no appointment necessary) and if they were Apple chargers they would replace them on the spot. I showed up and they said first of all I needed an appointment, and second I needed receipts for purchasing the chargers. Needless to say I left with 4 still broken chargers.
