Was in a difficult and sad situation. I was treated by the Justice Court staff in a safe and professional manner. The people are great and took proper steps to protect all victims who are involved in court cases. I marked this with 5 stars (it says that I loved it). I didn't love what was happening, but I can't think of anything else the court could have done to make the situation better. The judge (commissioner Dillon), the attorneys, and the staff were great. They knew their jobs and they performed with excellence.
The interest that accrues on fines is criminal I was instructed to pay $100.00 every month but it accrues an interest of $98.00 a month. Our court system and the people that work for them should be ashamed for they are more criminal then the people they are charging. They litterally are out to harm your life indefinitely, not to help people getting their life's on track. Our system needs reform for it is more corrupt then the people it exists to punish.
Everyone involved made the process very easy for me. I do not see what they could have done better. Glad to see this justice court doing right.
Your typical government bureaucratic nightmare. Waited two hours in line to pay $100 for a simple traffic ticket (which was only 2 MPH over, by the way)
Great I looooove being here, no problems at all. People were soooo nice to me and I was "respected" there..
