I don't shop here very often, but when I do I usually have a good experience, nothing amazing but definitely not bad. The staff is friendly and nice, the only problem that comes to mind is the line (there's always a line everytime I come in, busy or not) and they usually sell out of the larger sizes first so I usually just end up ordering it online. They should really have more in stock at the store, that'd be very helpful. The store itself is usually clean and mostly tidy, there is a lot of clothes misplaced, but I've found that's pretty common in every Old Navy I visit. Overall, I like this location and I'd recommend it to a friend/family.
We shop a great deal at old navy. We do love the clothes and the pricepoint, however, the last 3 times I have bought clothes there the signs with sale prices have been at best misleading and at worst completely wrong. What is weird about this is they do absolutly nothing to make it right or even change the sign. Poor customer service.
The lines are incredibly long, usually only one clerk at checkout. Fitting rooms are full of clothes and clothing racks and shelves are a mess. Staff are friendly, but they obviously need more help.
Great location. Good products at fair prices. Friendly, but extremely slow service.
Kinda messy, but very nice workers. Approachable. That makes a huge difference. I'd stop by again, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to shop here again.
